WATER DAMAGE RESTORATION PROCESS

Assessment

Our experienced professionals will arrive promptly to perform an inspection of the water damage. They will note the size of the area affected, class of water damage, and category of water damage present.

Water Removal

We remove the majority of excess water with professional-grade water extraction equipment.

Water Damage Mitigation and Drying

Mitigation and drying includes the removal of unsalvageable construction materials and contents. Also, air movers are placed strategically for optimal airflow. When needed, dehumidifiers are placed to control moisture evaporation. This will allow hard-to-reach or hidden pockets of water damage to dry out. While drying, moisture readings will be taken to ensure proper drying.

Cleaning and Sanitizing

After mitigation technicians clean, sanitize, and deodorize the structure and salvageable contents.

Microbial Growth Prevention

When prudent, we apply microbial growth inhibitors to the affected areas. This will help ensure mold does not form. This may also involve placing air scrubbers to clean the air.

Restoration

Finally, we restore the home to its pre-loss condition or better. After drying, restoration can be as simple as painting and drywall replacement or repair. It could also mean major reconstruction of entire sections of the property depending on the size and scope of water damage present.
